Handpoked tattoos have seen a resurgence in recent years,  its a very simple process, with the quality of the tattoo as usual correlating with the skill of the artist. With a distinct, instantly recognisable "dot work" look, this style has carved out its own creative space in a saturated market. A back to basics approach. Coupled with the societal development of the perception of people who have tattoos, we can expect much more innovations in the grass roots scene.
